Laurie will listen to you, hear you, and curate an individualized plan for you with recommendations that fit your budget, goals, and lifestyle. Plans can consist of yoga, meditation, movement, mindfulness, and intuitive practices depending on your needs.

Choose between a 30- or 60-minute session to set you on the path to contentment.

What’s involved?

Laurie will send you an intake form after your session is on the books, to get to know you, your habits, your lifestyle and your goals, and to start the conversation about what you want to get from your curated plan.

After preparing for your session, Laurie will come ready with discussion points and questions that will help you land on some changes you’re ready to make and some time you’re ready to carve out for yourself.

You will leave with a plan, including recommendations for daily practices, and where and how to pursue those practices based on your budget and needs.

Once you submit you choice between a 30-minute and 60-minute planning session, a form will pop up asking for your meeting preferences (times and whether you would like to meet in-person or virtually).
